Information Systems - Ambulatory Systems Analyst - (FT)

The Ambulatory Clinical Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration and maintenance of specific components of the ambulatory clinic’s financial and clinical application systems as assigned by the department manager. Works with IS/IT and Clinical staff to ensure that workflows, processes, and trainings meet organizational and regulatory guidelines. Carries out tasks and assignments as instructed by the CS Senior Analyst and/or Department Manager and helps direct the activities of projects and tasks that the Application Systems Analyst – Ambulatory oversees. Provides appropriate reports and documentation to assist with decision making and to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Possible on call
- Work from home possible after training and onboarding completed
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance for occasional on-site work
Required Skills:
1. Must be able to develop or suggest solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at a time..
2. Demonstrate the ability to understand, document, configure, administer, troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned applications.
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Written and verbal communication skills
5. Must be self-motivated, with an adaptable and flexible attitude, allowing them to approach and solve a problem by examining it from different angles
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Minimum five years applicable experience in application support, project management, IT support, and/or process analysis; preferably in an ambulatory setting.
Minimum Education:
1. BS degree in related IS/IT or Healthcare fields. Comparable experience may be substituted.
