Nutritional Services - Paragon Supervisor - (Exe)

Madisonhealth is seeking to hire a supervisor in our Paragon Cafe. The Paragon Supervisor works closely with the Nutritional Services Manager and assumes their responsibilities in their absence. They assist with tracking and stocking inventory, preparing products, and assisting with hiring. This individual will be trained in all areas of the Paragon. Their primary responsibilities are to manage the day to day operations of the Paragon. They assist with covering shifts, schedules, training, and finding coverage for call offs. This is a working supervisor position and my need to cover shifts for call offs or when we have short staff.
- Classification: Exempt
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5 days a week and on call every 3rd weekend.
Required Skills:
- Customer service
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to use cash register
- Monitoring food quality
- Monitoring speed of service
- Training of new employees
Minimum Work:
- 3 years (preferred)
Minimum Education:
- Food handlers certification
- Serv Safe Certification
