In the heart of Madison County lies Madisonhealth, one of the last sustaining county-owned hospitals in the State of Idaho. A 69 bed, not-for-profit hospital, Madisonhealth is seeking to hire an Ultrasound Sonographer to perform detailed work directly involved with a variety of special technical procedures performed with the ultrasound equipment.
The incumbent will provide such services in a manner that is in keeping with Madisonhealth values, mission and vision.
The position will be required to occasionally train and supervise technologists/students that are assigned to the department.
- $5000. Sign on bonus
- Classification: Full time
- Schedule: Shifts will be 12 hour shifts, with rotating night, weekend, and holiday call.
Benefit eligible
Qualifications:
- ARRT or ARDMS Registered or registry eligible in Ultrasound, (completion of registry within 6 months of hire)
- Completion of an approved Ultrasound program, required.
- Six (6) months of documented experience in ultrasound, preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon on hire
