Responsibilities:
· Meets
with appropriate physicians, health care providers, and community groups to
form referral relationships.
· Develops
opportunities for and conducts/arranges in-service and continuing education
events at skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, hospitals, home health
agencies, and throughout the community.
· Manages
provider relations, with an emphasis on keeping communication open.
· Actively
participates in skilled nursing facility team meetings, hospital care
conferences, and other health care provider committees as requested.
· Maintains
confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times.
Qualifications
and Requirements:
· Healthcare marketing experience required
· Proven skill at establishing/maintaining working relationships with the medical community
· Skilled at educating medical community and families on the hospice benefit and philosophy
· Works to build the brand of Solaris to meet goals and census targets
