Madisonhealth is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Analyst that is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining quality solutions, working closely with the Risk Manager, Quality manager, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Ambulatory Business Director teams to gather, maintain, validate, and publish data and reports for business, clinical, regulatory, and financial teams in all Madisonhealth entities. This position is a key and integral role in producing meaningful and accurate information through reports and visualizations to support the mission and vision of the organization. Enhances the organization’s compliance with all regulatory agencies Madisonhealth works with.
Schedule: Full Time Temporary
- Monday - Friday; Regular Business Hours
Required Skills:
- Advance reporting skills.
- Familiarity and skill with technologies.
- Understanding and interpretation of regulatory programs and data.
- Process improvement plans collected from organizational data.
- Maintaining reporting programs that allow Organization for maximum growth.
- Analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, communications, and effectively working with all teams throughout the organization at all levels.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum three years applicable experience in regulatory affairs/data analytics.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related Healthcare fields or applicable certification. Comparable experience may be substituted.
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
