JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The primary objective of the Marketing Support Staff is to support the marketing team by ordering and supplying needed items and supplies for distribution in the field and in the office. Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire and prepare marketing deliverables for Community Liaisons.
- Assist in ordering marketing and office supplies.
- Clean daily and maintain upkeep for the office.
- Assist in any other duties needed by the Executive Assistant and Marketing Director.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times.
- Participates in hospice orientation and on-going education programs
- Maintains up to date knowledge of healthcare rules and regulations pertaining to patients and staff.
- Participates in committees and special projects, when assigned.
- Adheres to Standards of Conduct.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate commitment to hospice philosophy.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills and public relation skills.
- Valid driver's license and valid personal auto liability insurance.
