The Cardiopulmonary Diagnostic Specialist possesses sufficient training and experience to perform independent professional diagnostic care and therapeutic procedures, clinical evaluation of care including the establishment of diagnostic objectives and the review of care based on the age and needs of the patient. The final and ultimate authority, judgment, and clinical decision making are the responsibility of a physician.

Minimum Work Experience:
· Minimum 3 years work experience:
Minimum Education:
· Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
· Must hold a current Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the Idaho State Board of Medicine.
