The Mission Services Driver supports the organization’s mission by safely transporting clients to employment-related activities, appointments, and other essential destinations. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing courteous service, promoting the organization’s mission within the community, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and reliable transportation experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transport clients to and from their residence and their assigned location.
  • Transport clients to and from job interviews, job searches, job readiness activities, and other appointments.
  • Represents the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Is able to educate clients and community about our mission.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Has respect for the feelings of others, is courteous, and possesses the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and written with all clients and staff.
  • Complies with all established work rules, policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (training provided upon hire)
  • License Check: valid driver’s license and proof of insurability or can provide transportation.
  • Background Checks: Offer of employment contingent upon background check.
  • Drug and Alcohol Screen: Must pass a drug and alcohol screen prior to employment.

Pay Rate: $12.75
