Information Technology-Help Desk Technician-(FT)

Position is that of an IT Help Desk Technician, and is responsible for supporting organizations Information Systems. Assists with the tracking of all incident and request tickets for Hospital Systems. Maintains a level of competency and persistence in analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving problems. Provides appropriate reports and documentation to assist with decision making and to ensure that appropriate service levels are maintained.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm and call
  • Benefit eligible

Required Skills:

· Appropriate communication and customer service skills, including phone & email etiquette.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

· Capable of troubleshooting and document network, computer, printer, and software issues.

Minimum Work Experience:

· Customer service experience, e.g. call center, helpdesk, IT support, etc.

· One year of practical experience in the IT field preferred.

Minimum Education:

· One year related training and/or course work preferred.
