Engineering-Project Coordinator

The project coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of minor engineering projects, which includes relocation of departments or staff offices, and maintaining the furniture inventory. Additionally, the coordinator assists staff with the movement of equipment and furniture.  Monitors all furniture requests and coordinates activities needed to order and deliver. Daily responsibilities encompass planning, organizing, and implementing strategies, along with effective delegation of tasks. The incumbent is expected to be approachable and to communicate effectively with the contractors and staff involved.

  • Classification: Part time
  • Monday-Friday 9am-1pm, Holidays off

          Required Skills:

1.      Basic computer skills

2.      Communication skills

3.      Ability to read blue prints.

         Minimum Work Experience:

1.      One (1) year experience with project coordination.


 Minimum Education:

1.      High school Diploma or equivalent
